You should not be running your own event. Here is what happens while you stand in the room with a drink, talking to the people you invited.

    Met at the door, coffee or a drink in hand inside ninety seconds, teams drawn on the board.

    A quick warm-up in every bay — grip, stance, one swing thought. Beginners stop being nervous.

    Closest to pin, longest drive or a team scramble, live on every screen.

  4. FinishPresentation

    Winners called, prizes handed over, photo taken, a clean finish on time.

Nothing about the format changes as the group grows — we add bays, hosts and space. This is the ladder we quote from, and the point at which each thing is added.

Built around your guest list — not a fixed menu.

Every package includes catering in the price. Tell us the room — vegetarian, halal, gluten free, a particular wine, a cake at 8pm — and it is built in before you arrive. Anything else your group needs, just ask.
