Howe2Golf Waiver
I acknowledge that participating at Howe2Golf involves inherent risks, including being struck by golf balls or clubs, slips, trips, falls, equipment failure, and the actions of others.
I voluntarily participate at my own risk and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and waive all claims against Howe2Golf, its owners, employees and contractors for any injury, loss or damage arising from my participation or presence at the venue, including negligence, except where excluded by law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howe2Golf for any claims or costs arising from my actions, rule breaches, or damage I cause.
I confirm I am physically fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions, and understand alcohol may increase risk. Howe2Golf may suspend play or remove me for unsafe behaviour.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
